Nadi Darshan
A Digital Knowledge Portal is developed through technical support by GIZ-India under Water Security and Climate Adaptation (WASCA) project and is unveiled during National Water Conclave. The WASCA project has provided technical support in the conceptualization and establishment the Bhartiya Nadi Parishad so as to support and enhance awareness, actions and policy inputs for water security across India. Bhartiya Nadi Parishad (Indian River Council) is a recently established national level platform of prominent water expert, Padma/National awardees on water, civil society organization, faith leaders working on water sectors and also former bureaucrats.
An interactive digital portal provides information on eco-restoration of rivers & rivulets for enhancing water security and resilience countywide.
The volunteers, civil society organizations and government functionaries working on rivers & rivulets could receive advice digitally from the experts associated with Bhartiya Nadi Parishad countrywide..
A unique platform to involve larger communities for management of rivers by constituting river councils..
